Overview

The Senior Admissions Consultant Alpha role is a full-time, remote position managing the complete admissions journey. You will earn the trust of families during a high-stakes decision-making process by providing a white-glove experience from first contact to final follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admissions journey with polish and empathy.
  • Qualify inbound leads using smart questioning, CRM data, and AI insights.
  • Act as primary contact for all parent communications and scheduling.
  • Leverage AI tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for task prioritization.
  • Build local awareness by networking with preschools and community organizations.

  • Relying solely on scripts or rigid protocols.
  • Getting bogged down in red tape and cross-department delays.
  • Delegating relationship management responsibilities.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with measurable conversion outcomes.
  • Experience with high-stakes or emotionally sensitive conversations.
  • CRM fluency (ideally HubSpot) and experience managing multi-step journeys.
  • Comfort with AI tools, automation, and workflow prioritization.
  • Based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends aligned to family schedules.
