Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Engage with customers, understand needs and achieve sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, fun, and professional environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Rearrange furniture and maintain visual standards.
• Key Holder Responsibilities: Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper procedures.
• Physical Tasks: Assist with moving and lifting furniture (50+ lbs daily).
• Multitasking: Manage priorities to keep the store running smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design.
• 2-4 years of retail or sales experience with basic math skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow directions.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs daily.
• Weekend availability and flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy and experience with social media platforms.
• Reliable transportation is required.
