Key Responsibilities
- Capture and groom requirements into epics, features, user stories, and dependencies in collaboration with squads, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Perform comprehensive analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change) to articulate business needs and solution requirements effectively.
- Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting, and other necessary outputs.
- Ensure Delivery and Development teams clearly understand the value of each user story, facilitating timely and effective delivery.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements, articulating the product vision with a strong focus on value delivery.
- Translate end-user and customer insights into Epics and Stories, complete with clear Acceptance Criteria, easily understood by the development team and fully traceable.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst with an in-depth understanding of financial products, processes, and systems.
- Demonstrated creativity, ability to simplify complex processes and issues, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with Human-Centred Design (HCD) techniques.
- Ability to communicate a compelling product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of features, user stories, and sprint goals.
- Comfort playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, within cross-functional business and IT teams through discovery, development, and operational usage stages of change.
- Proven analytical skills coupled with evidence-based decision making.
