As the Consultant, Gen AI, you will be an integral part of the Group Marketing Emerging Technology team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through advanced AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Copilot AI cookbooks specifically tailored for marketing use cases.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to deliver innovative GenAI solutions and pilots.
- Ensure stringent compliance with NAB’s Model Risk Policy, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI standards.
- Define and meticulously track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for GenAI initiatives, optimizing performance and user experience.
- Support comprehensive enablement and adoption efforts for business teams on GenAI tools and Copilot usage.
- Drive continuous innovation through proof-of-concepts and actively contribute to NAB’s overarching AI strategy roadmap.
What We're Looking For
NAB seeks top talent to deliver the best for its customers. Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in Marketing Technology with hands-on experience in Generative AI tools (Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows and create reusable assets.
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI principles, and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Proven experience in effective stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering.
