Role Overview

As a Fullstack Engineer AI Enablement at N26, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across various business departments, optimizing critical processes and driving data-driven decision-making.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems supporting the AI lifecycle.
  • Develop infrastructure and APIs integrating third-party services with internal systems.
  • Build and maintain an LLM evaluation framework.
  • Partner with product teams to deliver accessible AI solutions.
  • Uphold highest technology standards within your cross-functional team.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Significant software engineering experience with Python or Kotlin.
  • Ability to automate repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Knowledge of modern engineering practices: clean code, TDD, refactoring, CI/CD.
  • Experience with microservice architecture and both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling including Terraform, Spotinst, Datadog, and OpenSearch.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Experience with Domain Driven Design.
  • A passion for continuous learning and mentoring others.
  • Exposure to event-driven architecture.
  • Ability to adapt and establish processes in evolving environments.
