The Opportunity: Sales Development Representative

To support our growth in Europe, N-able is expanding its team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and seeking driven, smart, and coachable individuals. As an SDR, you'll be instrumental in connecting potential customers with essential tools to protect and manage their clients' technology.

This entry-level position offers a prime opportunity to enter the tech industry, learn about cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, and develop valuable sales skills within a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in driving growth and building a strong foundation for a rewarding career in tech sales!

This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in our Utrecht office and two days from home.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, complemented by multi-channel outreach via emails and LinkedIn.
  • Identify new opportunities and generate qualified appointments for our sales team across Europe.
  • Help prospects understand N-able's value proposition and how our solutions can support their business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure generated appointments successfully progress through the sales funnel.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce and Outreach) extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for all customers and prospects.
  • Actively invest in personal development by participating in training, sharing best practices with teammates, and learning from managers and the broader Sales organization.
