Overview
Mythics seeks an experienced Senior CX Cloud Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle Mobile Application Framework. This hands-on role focuses on enhancing existing customer landscapes and working closely with clients through routine reviews and solution implementation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior developer for Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) by leading design, development, and technical solution implementation.
- Own and deliver technical features, enhancements, and user stories aligned to business objectives.
- Evaluate proposed changes and recommend scalable, efficient solution improvements.
- Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and collaborative working sessions.
- Prepare, maintain, and review detailed system documentation and user guides.
- Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights through reporting and dashboards.
- Enhance and maintain mobile applications using Oracle MAF for iOS and Android.
- Continuously assess client operations and recommend customer experience best practices.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience with 10+ years in hands-on Oracle Service Cloud development. A proven track record delivering full OSvC implementations, strong design and integration skills, proficiency in SOAP and REST APIs, and familiarity with Oracle Mobile Application Framework are required. Oracle Service Cloud certification is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expertise in OSvC components including Agent Desktop, Workspaces, CPM, and Chat widget customization.
- Strong skills in business process analysis, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating OSvC with middleware, COTS platforms, and cloud telephony solutions.
- Ability to manage configuration updates, user roles, and custom report development.
