About the Role

MyRemoteTeam Inc is seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts to join our AI training and evaluation team. This remote, freelance role involves shaping cutting-edge AI solutions in Retail, Marketing, and Insurance to ensure models are accurate, contextually relevant, and aligned with industry standards.

Open Roles

• Retail SME – Expertise in merchandising, supply chain, store management, e-commerce, and customer experience.
• Marketing SME – Deep knowledge of marketing workflows, campaign strategy, analytics, and customer segmentation.
• Insurance SME – Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and domain-specific reasoning.
• Annotate, validate, and structure domain-specific datasets to train AI models.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and product teams to enhance model performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas for AI applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in the respective domain.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with domain-specific tools is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
