Position Overview

As an Associate - Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve extracting, transforming, and analyzing data to help drive business strategies and enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data trends and patterns to identify valuable insights.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases for analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools in data analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the analysis process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience with data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
