Join MYNDUP as a Junior Account Manager reporting to the Account Management Team Lead with a salary of £35-40k and a hybrid work arrangement (3 days a week in office). MYNDUP is a fast-growing mental health startup dedicated to improving mental health support in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Review client activity, engagement, and health scores regularly.
  • Organise monthly updates and quarterly business reviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and communication for new clients.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and drive retention through renewal activities.
  • Support senior account managers in driving new business.
  • Stay updated on MYNDUP offerings and market trends.

Technical & Soft Skills

Beneficial technical skills include working with HubSpot and Google Suite, and producing warm, concise written communications. The ideal candidate has client success, account management or sales experience, strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and excellent teamwork qualities.
