We offer trusted, natural solutions for individuals experiencing recurring skin flare-ups such as HS, boils, cysts, acne, eczema, and general irritation. Having established significant traction and trust within the HS community, we are now poised to scale this success nationally, fostering a category-defining community powered by ambassadors, creators, and strategic TikTok Shop partnerships.

The Opportunity: Community and Influencer Manager

We are seeking a Community and Influencer Manager to elevate our existing successful strategies. This role masterfully blends execution with strategic foresight. You will be responsible for building and running day-to-day programs while also shaping how community, ambassadors, influencers, and creators evolve into a sustainable long-term growth engine. Your core mission is to transform community trust into widespread visibility, strong advocacy, and enduring brand recognition across various skin-issue communities.

What You’ll Own:

  • Community Growth & Engagement: Deepen and expand our existing skin-issue communities, starting with HS and progressively addressing broader flare-care needs. Develop robust systems for consistent, authentic engagement across all relevant social platforms. Act as the empathetic, human, and trusted voice of MyMagicHealer within the community. Identify crucial community insights, emerging trends, and feedback to strategically inform both marketing and product development decisions.
  • Ambassador Program: Design, build, and scale a structured ambassador program from inception. Recruit, onboard, and nurture ambassadors who demonstrate genuine use and love for MyMagicHealer products. Establish clear ambassador frameworks, including expectations, content guidelines, incentive structures, and recognition initiatives. Transform ambassadors into dedicated, long-term advocates rather than one-off creators.
  • Influencers & Creator Partnerships: Source, vet, and manage creators whose profiles align with skin health, wellness, and authentic problem-solving. Oversee relationships from initial outreach through content creation, performance tracking, and cultivation of long-term collaborations. Work in close coordination with content and marketing teams to ensure creator content aligns seamlessly with MyMagicHealer's overarching brand goals.
  • TikTok Shop Creator Growth: Build and actively manage our TikTok Shop creator ecosystem. Specifically recruit creators for their potential in driving TikTok Shop performance. Provide creators with essential education, content direction, and optimization support. Continuously track creator performance and iterate on strategies that demonstrate scalability.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months):

  • The establishment of a clear, scalable ambassador program that effectively fuels brand recognition and builds trust.
  • A consistently growing network of creators and TikTok Shop partners who actively drive both brand awareness and revenue.
  • A significantly stronger brand presence across multiple skin-issue communities, extending beyond our initial focus.
  • A thriving community that feels truly seen, supported, and proud to advocate for MyMagicHealer.
