The Operations Analyst 1 champions a Customer-First approach to ensure high service uptime across Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Database domains. Key Responsibilities

Monitor L1 resources in Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Database environments.
Create and set up monitoring alerts and dashboards.
