Role Description
The Operations Analyst 1 champions a Customer-First approach to ensure high service uptime across Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Database domains. The role involves monitoring Level 1 resources, creating alerts and dashboards, fine-tuning monitoring solutions, and handling outage processes during the evening or night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor L1 resources in Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Database environments.
- Create and set up monitoring alerts and dashboards.
- Design and develop monitoring, reporting tools, and configuration management systems.
- Document processes and report on follow-up status.
- Handle outage processes and coordinate escalations with engineering teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of AWS and GCP.
- Familiarity with Linux scripting and config management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.
