About the Role
Join Marsh McLennan, through myGwork’s global LGBTQ+ Business Community, as a UAT Coordinator. In this role, you ensure application quality and usability by coordinating comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
A Day in the Life
You will define testing criteria, develop detailed UAT plans and test cases, organize testing sessions, gather and document user feedback, and produce comprehensive reports. You will also mentor team members on UAT best practices, ensuring alignment on user expectations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UAT test plans and strategies.
- Coordinate UAT sessions and gather actionable user feedback.
- Mentor and manage a team of UAT testers.
- Document processes, test cases, and maintain UAT records.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the process.
- Utilize UAT tools and technologies for effective tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in UAT methodologies, excellent communication, data analysis, familiarity with tools like Power BI and Azure DevOps, along with a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is desired along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with document management software and a proactive approach to identify quality risks are a plus.
