Overview

This Transformation Strategy Consultant role is with Deutsche Bank Management Consulting, part of Deutsche Bank’s in-house global consulting function. Working across London, Frankfurt, and Mumbai, you will collaborate with senior executives to deliver strategic transformation and innovation initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate bank-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Work directly with internal clients and subject matter experts.
• Identify problem statements and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver analyses and presentations to senior audiences.
• Drive internal initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion projects, across multiple offices.

Your Skills And Experience

Candidates should have relevant professional experience in financial services or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. The role requires the ability to work internationally and deliver high-quality results for senior management.
