About the Role
This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation to closing deals. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, working with solution engineers, customer success teams, marketing, and product teams. The role focuses on meeting customer needs through tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to closure.
- Build deep relationships with mid-market companies in Israel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions.
- Identify growth signals and develop expansion strategies.
- Guide contract negotiations including legal and procurement discussions.
- Feedback customer insights to improve products and processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Account Executive experience in B2B software subscription sales.
- Revenue quota-carrying experience.
- Native Hebrew speaker.
- Experience in contract negotiations and legal discussions.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
