Job Overview
The Senior Technical Partner Manager role involves proactively creating, nurturing, and influencing a partner ecosystem to drive significant customer impact. In this remote role based in the Netherlands, you will work with strategic partners to drive joint pipeline growth, co-sell GitHub products, and leverage customer feedback to improve partner success.
Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Drive innovation, engage with CXOs, and facilitate partner matchmaking to develop strategic relationships.
- Partner Impact & Enablement: Provide technical guidance, integrate partner expertise into sales cycles, and ensure compliance with GitHub policies.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work with internal teams and global partners to generate pipeline, execute sales forecasts, and drive joint marketing initiatives.
- Technical Advocacy: Translate technical solutions into business benefits, support co-selling strategies, and represent GitHub in partner events.
Qualifications
Applicants should have 7+ years experience in sales, channel or solution selling, architecture, or business development, with demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies and partner ecosystem development. Advanced degrees and experience with global partner GTM development are highly valued. Familiarity with GitHub's product suite (GHE, Copilot, GHAS) and Microsoft sales strategies is preferred.
