The Role: QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer at Capco, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications, specifically within Wealth & Asset Management platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure testing efforts are aligned with project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with QA Automation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in information technology and software development with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Proficiency with Java Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience or exposure to Atlassian, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence is desirable.
• Background in Banking, wealth management, or capital markets is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay Range

The salary for a Consultant at Capco for this position ranges from $92,000 to $118,000 CAD, plus bonus and benefits. Compensation policies ensure fair and equitable pay, with base pay varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
