AI is fundamentally transforming how work is managed and accomplished, and monday.com is fully committed to its 'AI for work' vision. To drive this Go-to-Market motion, we are seeking a dedicated Product Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team.

About The Role

As a Product Enablement Manager, you will be instrumental in developing comprehensive learning plans and creating, as well as maintaining, essential training materials for our entire Revenue Organization. This primarily includes quota-carrying individuals both within monday.com and among our partners.

Your responsibilities will encompass designing innovative learning solutions, developing high-quality product-related content, rigorously assessing its effectiveness, and continuously improving it based on valuable feedback and performance data.

You will collaborate extensively with various stakeholders across the company, specifically engaging with product managers, Go-to-Market leads, and client-facing teams. This role places you within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Product Enablement Team Lead.

  • Develop product-related curriculums and content, including presentations, videos, eLearning modules, workshops, quizzes, and more.
  • Work efficiently with multiple Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet tight deadlines.
  • Manage projects diligently to ensure content is created and deployed accurately and on schedule according to the project plan.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and user satisfaction, continuously working to enhance their impact.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or enablement is a must-have.
  • Proven ability to develop product-related e-learning content using authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, Genially/Canva, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A strong track record of successfully adopting and implementing AI tools within a business learning context is essential.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
  • Experience designing learning programs specifically for client-facing roles, especially sales professionals, is beneficial.
  • Capacity to work independently on multiple projects while also thriving in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various groups, levels, and geographies.
