Overview

You will be responsible for managing server infrastructure and ensuring optimal IT performance across Windows and Linux environments while maintaining robust IS security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IS service operations including incident management and escalation.
  • Provide technical leadership and supervise internal and external supplier resources.
  • Monitor business process demand, deliver continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee IS security for IT and OT production systems with continuous monitoring and patching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting operations, maintenance, and network management.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, IS security, and network technology in production settings.
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is highly desirable.
