About the Role

Your Missions as Internal Communication, Press & Social Media Intern

Reporting to the Communication Director and integrated into a team of 6, you will contribute to various missions within the department, including digital, editorial, and event communication, content strategy, and community management. You will engage with diverse target audiences such as employees, clients, prospects, and journalists.

This is a 6-month internship, available from July to December 2026.

  • Participate in Internal and External Event Planning
    • Support the conception and implementation of employee events: promotion, structuring with speakers, assistance with multimedia creation, monitoring.
    • Deploy solidarity actions linked to our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, animate the internal citizen engagement platform, and report on activities in collaboration with partner associations.
    • Activate the communication plan for the head office relocation project, coordinating with various stakeholders for internal and external events.
    • Provide logistical support for participation in external events with our influence partners.
  • Animate and Promote Our Enterprise Social Network
    • Create diverse content: articles, visuals, videos.
    • Design promotional and training operations.
    • Animate a network of ambassadors.
    • Contribute to community animation, providing advice to various departments.
    • Deploy the communication plan: events, challenges, gamification.
  • Develop Campaigns, Social Media Posts, and Other Communication Supports
    • Create new communication materials (newsletters, videos, posters).
    • Write and format content.
    • Manage our content distribution tool for employees.
    • Draft social media publications and monitor the editorial calendar.
    • Liaise with communication agencies and service providers.
  • Contribute to Our Press Relations Management
    • Monitor trends and competitors, establish contact with new journalists.
    • Participate in and follow up on interviews with our internal experts.
    • Draft occasional press releases.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a student at Bac +4/5 level from a Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing or Communication. Your strong writing and synthesis skills, creative spirit, and versatility will enable you to quickly become autonomous and successfully complete your assigned missions. You are rigorous and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience within a communication department would be a plus. Knowledge of web tools such as CMS, social media platforms, and emailing platforms is also an advantage. Fluent English is required.
