Job Description
Group HR Data Analyst at Allianz Commercial
Allianz Commercial, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork, is seeking a Group HR Data Analyst. This role reports to the Group HR Data Lead and is responsible for steering HR performance and overseeing all HR-related KPI activities. As part of the central team, you will contribute to high-quality planning, forecasting, and tracking of relevant HR information, systems, and applications.
Main Missions
Operational HR Reporting
- Develop and manage group recurring reports for Allianz Trade (Monthly/Quarterly analysis, Board Reportings, Dashboards).
- Generate ad-hoc reports based on requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data and create insightful dashboards.
HR Data Quality
- Perform and manage regular HR data quality checks, coordinating with regional teams for follow-ups.
- Conduct ad-hoc HR data quality checks as needed.
- Build and implement clear processes to enhance HR data quality within systems.
HR Reporting Project
- Participate in group reporting processes, including CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directives).
- Contribute to the automation and rationalization of reporting using tools like Power Query and Macros.
- Support the HR Data Governance framework.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize reporting tools, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.
- Support Regional and Local HR Controllers in mastering reporting tools, analytics methodologies, and global standards.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in HR data management, IT, or Reporting.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Mastery in Excel and proficiency in SAP (BW).
- Solid internal control/audit experience.
- Previous experience in HR controlling.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment.
