Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, emerging transportation business with Amazon Shipping, presented through myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Customer Growth Manager, you will support high-volume shippers by managing escalations, providing proactive insights, and delivering seamless customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pickup Support: Resolve missed, delayed, or urgent pickup requests.
  • Tracking and Delivery Resolution: Investigate tracking anomalies and delivery delays.
  • Billing & Account Management: Address invoicing discrepancies and payment processing issues.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide shippers through the compensation process.
  • Proactive Account Optimization: Conduct data analysis and deliver monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Cross-functional Escalations: Manage complex issues involving multiple teams.

Engage internally and externally with Amazon to understand customer pain points and generate strategic, impactful solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field.
  • 2+ years of customer support, leadership, or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues under pressure and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong customer experience and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with startups or large enterprise customers.
  • Advanced Excel and statistical analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Transportation Services or logistics systems.
