About The Role
This 6-month student co-op position (January - June 2026) supports the Global Business Services (GBS) and Human Resources (HR) teams by documenting end-to-end process maps and providing project coordination. The role involves tracking Jira status updates and reporting progress to the Innovation Lead on the HRDI team. It offers hands-on learning across HR and GBS functions.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Process Mapping: Collaborate with GBS and HR teams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Project Coordination: Act as coordinator, tracking deliverables, organizing project tasks, and preparing documentation.
- Jira Status Tracking: Monitor Jira boards, follow up on tasks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide updates to the Innovation Lead and create project reports and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams ensuring project alignment and process updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.
Who You Are
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects. Basic familiarity with Jira or other project management software and process mapping tools, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Eligibility & Education
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., at least 18 years old, and currently enrolled in an accredited institution, pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, based on academic level. Additional benefits include company-paid holidays, commuter benefits, employee resource groups participation, and 80 hours of sick time per year.
