Key Responsibilities

  • Work on over 2,000 cyber risk cases annually.
  • Support cyber incident response, risk assessments, and forensics.
  • Apply technical skills in Windows OS and Linux environments.
  • Engage in roles including First Line Support, Cyber SOC Analyst, Security Platform Administration, Technical Account Management, Service Operations, or Cyber Project Management.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven technical know-how with enterprise applications.
  • Fast learning and excellent time management.
  • Attention to detail with customer and team orientation.

Nice To Have

  • ITIL service desk experience.
  • Cyber Security Certification or related background.
  • Understanding of networking, data protection laws, and troubleshooting.
