Role Overview: Freelance Recruiter

This is a full-time, remote position for a Freelance Recruiter. The core responsibility involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates in alignment with diverse client requirements. Daily activities include utilizing advanced tools and platforms for effective talent identification, cultivating robust relationships with both candidates and clients, strategically managing a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring journey from start to finish. A key aspect of this role is leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge recruitment technologies to optimize hiring decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications for a Freelance Recruiter

• Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening, with proven experience utilizing digital platforms, major job boards, and professional social media networks.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes, including the development of robust talent pipelines and the management of end-to-end hiring workflows.
• Adeptness in applying recruitment technologies and data-driven tools, with a particular focus on improving matching accuracy and screening efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive autonomously in a remote work environment, complemented by superior organizational and time management capabilities.
• Prior familiarity with industries such as BPO, IT, customer service, or emerging talent markets is considered a significant advantage.
• Previous professional experience as a recruiter or in a directly comparable role is highly preferred.
