Loyalty Insights & Reporting Analyst at MYER
Myer is looking for a Loyalty Insights & Reporting Analyst responsible for providing timely insights and reporting on the MYER one loyalty program to influence customer behavioral change and improve program efficiency and ROI. This role is ideal for a recent Graduate with a background in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business/Economics, or Computer Science.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting loyalty campaigns with pre and post analytics, PIRs, and recommendations.
- Delivering insights and reporting for key program events and executions.
- Leveraging data insights to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Automating and disseminating key metric reporting for various teams.
- Collaborating with Loyalty and business stakeholders to present actionable insights.
- Supporting loyalty program initiatives and projects from an insight perspective.
About You
The ideal candidate will have university training in SQL and querying large relational databases, familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, strong analytical skills, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
