Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent, you will ensure our guests have a memorable holiday experience by handling reception tasks and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on and detail-oriented role where you will:
- Take bookings and prepare invoices
- Check guests in and out promptly
- Answer phone and email inquiries professionally
- Communicate with other departments regarding guest needs
You will work flexible shifts between 7am and midnight, including festive peak periods. Staff accommodation and meals package is available, and the role offers potential for internal growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong guest service experience using NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or similar systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with night audit procedures
- Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Do Food Safely Certificate
- Flexibility to assist in other business areas when required
