What You Will Do

  • Governance Leadership: Lead IT governance initiatives and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Policy and Standard Development: Develop and update risk, compliance, and governance documents.
  • Control Catalog & Risk Register: Build controls catalog aligned with industry frameworks.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance process efficiency and drive new projects.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years in governance, risk management, or compliance roles.
  • Expertise in technology governance, controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret regulations and assess complex scenarios.
  • Strong leadership for coordinating projects with senior level stakeholders.
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet. Must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications (ISC2, ISACA, SANS, or OCEG).
