Your Role as Program Manager

As a Program Manager at MUSINSA, you will play a pivotal role in connecting various internal and external stakeholders to drive technological initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a communication and liaison hub between Tech and external organizations (Marketing, BX, Customer Service) and internal Tech teams.
• Connecting the flow of requirements by collecting and refining them, adjusting priorities, and assigning them to relevant Tech organizations and Product Managers.
• Coordinating and adjusting based on each organization's priorities, capabilities, and product context.
• Managing program-level operations and delivery, overseeing multiple projects from a high-level perspective, including schedule management and risk detection.
• Tracking project timelines, coordinating key milestones, and proactively escalating and resolving issues when they arise.
• Developing a deep understanding of product flows and the Tech organizational structure, enabling informed prioritization based on the structural roles of platform and foundation teams.
• Graciously grasping the strategic direction and operational methods of each product domain.
• Planning and executing strategic operational frameworks, such as the Launch Review process.
• Fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Development teams through regular communication to monitor project progress.
• Planning and coordinating key events like Launch Review.
• Strategically aligning tasks and accelerating execution from both a technology and product perspective.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager for mid-to-large projects within a platform or technology-based organization.
• Proven experience in leading collaborative efforts across diverse organizations.
• Strong operational acumen and astute judgment in problem definition, execution planning, and resource allocation.
• Ability to understand the Tech organization's structure and priorities to facilitate effective connections and coordination.
• Proficiency in proactive detection and escalation of schedule issues or risks.
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements, managing schedules using Jira, and structuring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating cross-functional programs that coordinate multiple teams within a large-scale platform service.
• Collaboration experience with non-Tech departments such as business development or marketing.
• Experience in designing and operating company-wide operational systems like OKR, MBR, or Launch Review.
• Demonstrated ability in fast execution coupled with strong organizational, documentation, and visualization skills.
