About the Team

The Business Analyst within the Data Intelligence organization analyzes various areas such as logistics, operations, and partnerships within Team MUSINSA, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze various domains including orders, logistics, operations, and partners to derive insights.
• Analyze the impact of business changes and predict future implications.
• Integrate and process multiple data sources to derive insights and predictions, then design and implement data pipelines based on them.
• Design and implement analytical models based on various hypotheses, continuously monitoring and improving model performance.
• Support the constant monitoring of derived insights by establishing metrics and providing visualizations to facilitate easy understanding for decision-makers.
• Communicate analysis results in an easily understandable and usable way, systematizing them as reusable assets for Team MUSINSA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in domain analysis such as logistics, operations, marketing, finance, or partnerships, or equivalent capabilities.
• High understanding of Databricks (Spark) or BigQuery data structures.
• Experience in SQL performance optimization based on execution plans.
• Experience in data analysis and preprocessing using Python.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building and automating data pipelines using Airflow, Databricks Job Scheduler, etc.
• Experience in performance improvement using predictive modeling, time-series analysis, causal inference, etc.
• Experience in proposing data-driven strategic/operational improvements (e.g., membership system reorganization based on analysis insights, logistics service improvement, partner revenue optimization).
• Experience in leveraging generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot for task automation, documentation, and analysis efficiency.
