Your Mission
We are looking for a Recruiter for a contract-to-hire position with experience strategically partnering and coaching hiring teams across the organization. This role requires a multi-disciplined full cycle recruiter who can attract, source, and engage values-aligned talent while developing and executing recruiting strategies. You will own processes end-to-end from sourcing to offers.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with business partners and hiring teams to understand needs and team goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and provide a superb candidate experience.
- Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategies.
- Coach hiring teams on interview techniques, selection, and process optimization.
- Organize interview debriefs and facilitate decision-making in challenging conversations.
- Act as a Strategic Talent Partner by applying best practices for optimal hiring decisions.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast paced SaaS environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency amid ambiguity.
- Partnership-centric approach with proven success in attracting and retaining candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
