About The Team

Join Mural’s global Revenue team as the leader of strategy, operations, and enablement. Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive strategic insights, streamline processes, and deliver enablement programs that empower teams and drive customer success. Your Mission

Architect and lead Mural’s revenue strategy, revenue operations, and sales enablement functions to accelerate business performance and growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, serve as a strategic thought partner by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and translating priorities into scalable revenue-driving initiatives. Build alignment across GTM teams, ensure operational excellence, and create enablement programs that boost seller effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute holistic revenue strategies integrating GTM planning and sales enablement.
  • Partner with CRO and GTM leadership to translate vision into execution.
  • Direct and coach the Revenue Operations team, optimize processes, and implement new initiatives.
  • Lead sales enablement programs to boost seller productivity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on innovation and measurable results.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or revenue strategy.
  • Background in SaaS or technology industries, with a track record of scaling teams.
  • Expertise in GTM strategy, revenue planning, and operational execution.
  • Proven ability in optimizing sales processes, implementing systems, and improving performance.
  • Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and data for strategic insights.

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $208,000 - $260,000 plus benefits. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, and relevant experience.
