About The Team

Mural’s Marketing PMO is the operational backbone of our marketing organization, ensuring integrated campaigns are thoughtfully planned, aligned across teams, and executed with precision. This role adds a critical layer of technical expertise to the team by owning the systems, data, and processes that bring campaigns to life.

Your Mission

You will empower our marketing team by transforming strategic campaign goals into scalable, data-driven programs. You will architect and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that drive flawless campaign execution, seamless data flow, and measurable impact throughout the funnel.

What You'll Do

  • Turn campaign strategies into technical plans and buildable workflows using our MarTech tools.
  • Build, launch, and improve email, landing page, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Marketing Automation Platform and connected systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set lead scoring and routing rules.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up for clear reporting and performance tracking.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with MAPs like Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, and strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and system integration.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to clean, actionable data.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
  • Comfort using AI tools for program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS experience, ABM tools, reporting platforms, or MarTech certifications.

Compensation

The base salary ranges from $104,000 - $131,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation will be determined by location, level, and relevant skills and experience.
