Role & Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager - Product, you will lead and motivate a diverse technical team, set clear objectives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards. You will act as both people manager and technical partner, providing technical guidance, removing blockers, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company. Additionally, you will develop efficient workflows, monitor team performance, and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research or related field
• 4+ years hands-on experience in software engineering or related domains
• 1+ year management experience in a technology-driven company
• Proficiency in Python, Git, Docker, CI/CD and modern software practices
• Strong communication skills and perfect command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a related field
• Experience with inner-source or open-source models
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies like NLP, computer vision
• Experience in benchmarking AI models and managing data governance
