Role Summary
Multiplier is building a world-class Solutions Engineering function to bridge real-world customer and operational needs with Product & Engineering execution. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Sales, Implementation, CX/CS, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering to design scalable, compliant, and product-first solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and validate scalable solutions for complex requirements.
- Lead structured discovery across customer lifecycle and operations.
- Document solution designs as reusable templates and enable assets.
- Translate field requirements into actionable product inputs.
- Maintain expertise in global employment, payroll, and HR systems.
Expectations & Success Criteria
The Solutions Engineer must lead with product-first thinking, provide clarity in complex scenarios, and influence product quality through structured insights. Success is measured by quality of solution design, improved customer onboarding, accelerated sales cycles, and increased cross-functional satisfaction.
