Role Overview
The Product Manager within the Technology and Customer Experience team partners with the Digital function to drive conversion across digital commerce. This role sits at the intersection of Digital Trading, Product, and Engineering (with a key third party technology partner) and is crucial for meeting customer needs and business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap aligning with business objectives.
- Market Research: Identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Product Development: Collaborate to develop and manage product lifecycle.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze digital performance metrics to improve conversion.
- Reporting & Retrospectives: Report on KPIs and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Customer & User Feedback: Incorporate feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with digital, marketing, sales and more.
- Supplier & Third Party Management: Ensure cost-effective delivery from partners.
- Budget Management: Manage and report on product budget efficiently.

Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience in product management within luxury/fashion retail or digital commerce.
- Technical proficiency in digital product development and tools like Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Slack.
- Understanding of digital platforms including Salesforce, Commerce Tools, SAP, Shopify.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with agile delivery and project management methodologies.
- Innovative and creative mindset to develop user-friendly digital solutions.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid working setup: 3 days per week in-office and up to 2 days remote.
