Job Description

The role within the product management organization focuses on three core areas: executing and delivering product approved projects, supporting business development, and maintaining the target operating model. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, Debt Services, this role supports the Private Markets team as a Business Analyst with a dual mandate: growing the Private Debt product suite and assisting with Corporate and Regulatory reporting initiatives.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define and document detailed system and process requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for accurate implementation.
• Oversee and support implementation efforts aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in Private Markets, Private Credit, or Corporate and Regulatory Services.
• Strong understanding of system integration and data transfer methods.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Word, with additional technical tools as a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in modeling business processes with artifacts like process models, use cases, and scenarios.
