Overview
The Manager - IT Management Services & PMO at MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 will oversee strategic initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the IT Services Department’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee IT procurement and contract management, vendor management and process optimization.
- Support new/renewal procurement processes ensuring value for money and timeliness.
- Act as a PMO representative to ensure governance in project management.
- Refine project financials and PMO processes, optimize IT investments.
- Consolidate project governance frameworks and establish effective portfolio management procedures.
- Support change management and develop management reports, performance metrics and dashboards.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at a senior supervisory level.
- Certifications such as Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in process project management, PMO, improvement initiatives, change management and IT Procurement.
- Strong business acumen and proven strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Chinese.
