MTE Trainings is seeking motivated individuals for its upcoming Data Analytics Traineeship Program. This program offers a structured learning and practical experience pathway designed to equip trainees with essential data analysis skills through a blend of theoretical modules and hands-on project work.

The traineeship is structured over four weeks to provide a comprehensive and intensive learning experience.

Data Analyst Trainee Responsibilities:

• Week 1 & 2: Training Modules – Candidates will complete assigned learning modules, building a foundational understanding of data analytics principles and tools.
• Week 3: Live Project – Candidates will apply their acquired knowledge by working on a live project assigned by MTE Trainings, gaining practical experience in data handling and analysis.
• Week 4: Project Report – Candidates will prepare and submit a detailed project report, summarizing their findings, methodologies, and conclusions from the live project.

Data Analyst Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated high level of accountability and self-motivation.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities when needed.
• Receptiveness to feedback and a high degree of adaptability in a learning environment.
• Willingness and commitment to meet program deadlines and objectives.
