MTE Trainings is seeking highly motivated individuals for its upcoming Data Analyst Trainee program. This traineeship provides a structured learning environment and practical experience, ideal for those starting their career in data analytics.
Role Overview: Data Analyst Trainee
As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive program designed to equip you with essential data analytics skills. The program is structured across four weeks, combining intensive learning modules with hands-on project experience and report preparation.
Responsibilities
- Weeks 1 & 2: Training Modules - Successfully complete assigned learning modules, building a strong foundation in data analytics concepts and tools.
- Week 3: Live Project - Actively participate in and contribute to a live data analytics project assigned by the company.
- Week 4: Project Report - Develop and submit a comprehensive project report detailing methodologies, findings, and conclusions from the live project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in computer usage, especially with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated high level of accountability and self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective time and project management abilities, and clear presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creativity and the capability to effectively delegate responsibilities when needed.
- Openness to feedback and strong adaptability in a dynamic learning environment.
- A firm willingness to meet project deadlines and program requirements.
