Role

To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Comply with laws, statutes, rules and credit union regulations including Bank Secrecy Act provisions of the US Patriot Act.
  • Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
  • Welcome members, provide routine service information, and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
  • Cross-sell credit union services.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience: Up to six months of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.
