Job Description

As a Remote AI Digitalization Expert at MSX, you will shape how dealerships deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will operate autonomously in your territory with the support of a collaborative team, ensuring your work makes a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the expert: Guide dealerships through installation, training, and adoption of the FSR+ tool.
  • Coach and mentor: Empower dealership staff to confidently use FSR+.
  • Solve challenges: Analyze feedback and develop action plans to improve efficiency.
  • Build partnerships: Strengthen dealer relationships and align with Customer Experience teams.
  • Leverage technology: Utilize Remote Experience tools and data-driven insights to drive success.
  • Travel with purpose: Manage travel within your dealer territory for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Degree in AI/Data Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience applying AI/ML and digitalization in operational, automotive, or mobility contexts.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in automotive/mobility sectors.
  • Direct customer engagement experience with the ability to capture requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven project delivery and converting technical insights into business value.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
