Overview
MSCI Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support the Americas Payroll Team within the Finance Department. The role is focused on a seamless semi-monthly payroll process across multiple jurisdictions including the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Canada, as well as handling general ledger entries during the monthly closing.
Your Responsibilities
- Process US payroll for over 1,000 employees in multiple states using Workday Payroll.
- Handle payroll data revisions including new hires, terminations, bonuses and more.
- Audit, analyze, and reconcile payroll ensuring full compliance with tax laws and company policy.
- Manage payroll tax correspondences, manual checks and reversals.
- Support payroll projects and Workday Payroll implementation.
Your Skills and Experience
Candidates should have 2+ years' experience in a payroll or payroll accounting role, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Workday HRMS, strong organizational abilities, and a detailed approach. A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred along with fluency in English, and Spanish is a plus.
