Your Impact
As a CRO Specialist, you will work within the Digital Product, Design & CRO team to elevate the digital experience of MSC Cruises website users. Your responsibilities include monitoring website performance, interpreting data to inform actionable improvements, designing and executing A/B tests, multivariate tests and personalization campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven UX and CRO enhancements. You will also analyze test results, monitor conversion funnels, and utilize insights from heat maps and session recordings to identify and resolve user pain points.
Your Journey so far
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, is proficient with A/B testing and personalization tools, and possesses technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A background in marketing, digital, or related fields, strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical significance, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are required; familiarity with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
