Working Hours: Monday 16:00-20:00 Wednesday 10:00-14:00 Thursday 12:00-16:00 Friday 16:00-20:00 Saturday 12:00-16:00
Key Accountabilities and Measures
- Provide a visible presence to start customer journeys.
- Welcome customers with a smile and eye contact.
- Support various store departments: Foods, C&H, Operations.
- Assist customers in navigating and answering queries.
- Handle confrontations calmly and report incidents.
- Engage with security personnel and police if needed.
