Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section. As a brand ambassador, you will recommend delicious bakery products, serve customers efficiently, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Work Pattern & Key Details

Work Pattern: Sunday: 07:45-11:45 Wednesday: 05:15-09:15 Thursday: 05:15-09:15 Friday: 05:15-09:15 Saturday: 05:15-09:15

Unsocial Premium: £3.00 p/h for hours between 22:00-06:00

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers both on the shop floor and service points.
  • Keep the store clean, tidy and well stocked.
  • Meet daily sales targets and promote key offers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
