Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section. As a brand ambassador, you will recommend delicious bakery products, serve customers efficiently, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Work Pattern: Sunday: 07:45-11:45 Wednesday: 05:15-09:15 Thursday: 05:15-09:15 Friday: 05:15-09:15 Saturday: 05:15-09:15
Unsocial Premium: £3.00 p/h for hours between 22:00-06:00

Responsibilities
- Serve customers both on the shop floor and service points.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and well stocked.
- Meet daily sales targets and promote key offers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App to enhance service.
