MR. SUS LLC is seeking a proactive and creative Youtube Channel Manager to significantly grow and optimize our YouTube presence. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in YouTube growth strategy, content positioning, thumbnail psychology, and AI-powered content creation. We're looking for someone to build scalable, high-performing content systems, not just upload videos.

Key Responsibilities for the Youtube Channel Manager
- Conduct in-depth YouTube content research, including trends, competitor analysis, viral formats, and keyword opportunities.
- Create and edit high-converting thumbnails that capture audience attention.
- Produce or assist in producing AI-generated YouTube videos, specifically in the style of modern AI-narrated/AI-produced documentary content.
- Analyze YouTube Studio metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), audience retention, and watch time to suggest and implement improvements.
- Adapt quickly to evolving content strategies and performance data to maximize channel growth.
- Ensure all content deliverables are completed accurately and punctually.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in editing, demonstrating a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience managing or significantly supporting a YouTube channel's growth.
- Expertise in trend research and competitive content analysis on YouTube.
- Proficiency in designing and editing YouTube thumbnails using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos, encompassing the script, voiceover, and visual workflow, utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Pika, or Runway.
- Familiarity and practical experience with YouTube Studio analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
- A self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and open to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in scaling a YouTube channel from 0 to 10K+ subscribers.
- Strong storytelling and scripting abilities to enhance content engagement.
- Experience with YouTube Shorts strategy for diversified content reach.
