About the Role
The Junior Photo Coordinator role at Junior Photo Coordinator is a key position supporting the Studio team in Milan at LuxExperience. You will be responsible for prepping and organizing imagery from daily sets, uploading assets for retouching, and helping maintain the high standards of NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepping and organizing all imagery from daily sets
- Uploading imagery for retouching (still life & on model)
- Supporting the Team Lead during the post-production process
- Managing the retouching process and quality assurance
- Tracking imagery uploads and outcomes
- Assisting the Junior Production Coordinator in studio organization
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate must have previous experience with retouching and photography, strong familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, with Adobe Illustrator as a plus. Basic knowledge of fashion design and the fashion industry, together with the ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are required. Fluency in English is a must.
