Role Description

The Salesforce Architect at Mphasis will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions in Canada. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration patterns. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and security models.
  • Proven ability to design and implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and third-party deployments.
  • Skilled in creating technical design documents and solution architecture diagrams.
  • Ability to provide accurate high-level and detailed estimates.
  • Background in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense development with strong SQL skills, data modeling, and visualization capabilities. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence best practices is required.

Certifications

Any relevant Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
