About This Role
The Staff Technical Program Manager role is part of the Mozilla Infrastructure Organization. You will lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program spanning Enterprise IT and Product Platform services, working closely with IT, Cloud, and Security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall IAM program roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Define service architectures and document technical improvements.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Engage with senior leadership and prepare executive presentations.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 10+ years in program/project management with 3+ years focusing on IAM, security, and cloud environments. Expertise with IAM platforms, Agile methodologies, and technical leadership is required.
